Where do I find my order ID?
It is the identifier in your swap page URL (…/shift/<order-id>) shown right after you create an exchange. It is a 36-character code like 304dfee0-8ff9-4eb6-bb3c-895680dcea00.
Is my swap stuck?
Swaps move through deposit → confirming → exchanging → sending. Network confirmations can take a while. If the status is still progressing, it is not stuck; if it shows Expired or Failed, contact support with your order ID.
Do I need an account to track a swap?
No. Tracking is anonymous — just paste the order ID. SwapZilla is non-custodial and never asks for private keys, passwords or seed phrases.
