Each link has an expiration window. If no deposit arrives in time, the link expires and no swap happens. Under- and overpayments are returned to the customer's refund address automatically. See the step-by-step flow for details.

Yes. The customer's deposit is exchanged through a provider and the resulting coin is sent directly to the payout address you set when creating the link. SwapZilla has no wallet that ever holds your funds.

Yes. Use the API from your backend to create a payment, redirect the customer to the URL, and rely on the webhook to mark the order paid. Or embed the no-code link in an invoice — both flows work. More questions in the general FAQ.
